Every week, you’ll:

1. Post daily updates (Mon–Fri)

   Share what you worked on, one win, and one blocker (quick bullet points are fine!)

2. Join 2 calls/week

   • 🧭 Session 1 (45 min): Sharing updates
   • 🔥 Session 2 (1 hour?): Co-working
   • 🤪 Session 3: Something experimental & fun we haven’t decided yet

3. Write a weekly reflection… but not about yourself

   At the end of the week, you’ll write a short note about someone else’s week — what stood out, what inspired you, and what you saw them grow through.

   (You’ll be assigned a new person every week.)

   PS: You’ll probably find yourself on a few call with this person that week

We’re looking for 10 people who are:

• Women and gender minorities — especially folks from underrepresented backgrounds
• Actively building something (project, prototype, tool, etc.)
• Curious, thoughtful, and willing to support others
• Committed to showing up consistently for 4 weeks
• You can be from anywhere on planet earth (even better if you’re not)
